Johnny Holliday: “I believe that this nation is in enough distress as it is, so if there is any way I can encourage anyone, either through speaking, listening, or music, that's what I'll do. I can't change the world, but I can try to help lighten the burdens of those around me.” -Johnny Holliday  Excellent mult-instrumentalist and performer Johnny Holliday serenades audiences with his unique renditions of popular songs and original music providing an amazing show that is tailored to any event. With Smooth, Latin Jazz, Contemporary Adult, Funk, R&B as well as several other styles, his repertoire reflects his virtuosity. Johnny brings a different dimension to his music, as he is both a disciplined military member, and a man of deep faith. He offers an excellent collection of recorded works as a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, alongside his expertise in front of an audience, a fact our armed forces know well. When you see and hear Johnny Holliday playing, you are having a great time! Johnny is often found performing in concerts, festivals and on televised shows as well as for Military Dignitaries and Ambassador’s from Foreign Countries. Some of his previous performances also include performing for Dignitaries, the United States Presidency, and Legendary Artists as Al Jarreau, Lauryn Hill, Lalah Hathaway Johnny Gill, Bobby Brown, Acoustic Alchemy, Bob Hope and many more. His music is sought after internationally within both popular civilian and military circles. And on special occasions, Johnny is requested to perform at personal events, from dinner parties to formal military balls by 4 Star Generals Johnny has released two full Jazz CD's "Shine in Me" and “In the Light” that were featured on local news stations NBC, CBS and FOX. in addition, he has also released four Jazz Standard singles entitled "The Standard" while maintain and active duty military career. Johnny has now officially retired as an Active Duty Air Force Member. In his earlier years, Johnny grew up playing the trumpet and developed his excellent ear touring with the Air Force Show Band Tops in Blue "For the Record" Tour in 92' performing over 20 countries and 47 states. In addition to performing all over the world, Johnny also performs the National Anthem in many major sporting events such as 2019 NCAA Final Four Championship Game, 2019 Professional Bull Riding Competition, NASCAR, Indy Race, Porsche Race, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Timberwolves, Minnesota Gopher Games, Miami Marlins, Miami Heat, Minnesota lynx to name a few. While serving in Iraq, the long hours as a Security Forces Member created what Johnny calls a “spiritual training ground”. During a landmark moment, far from his loved ones and family, after playing alone in a church, Johnny was asked to share his gift with the troops and perform on the base. It was then that he finally found the truth of his life path, “Playing my trumpet for that music show was an epiphany. Just as my military career and love of country are very important to me, I finally recognized I equally love my music.” Willie Moore (Music bio) b. July 29, 1979; Jersey City, NJ * Influences: Grover Washington, Jr., Kenny G, Branford Marsalis * Self-taught at 7, accomplished musician since 1985  Personal Highlights * Performed with local gospel group 'Worldwide' (1990-97), during stint also played in high school rock band "Privy" (1994) * Member of worship band "Before Him" (1998-2004) * Performed with soul/gospel group 'Eastside' (2001), this stint led to an onstage jam with nationally acclaimed Christian group 'Salvador' at Soul Liberation festival. * Minnesota State Fair Amateur Talent Show competitor (5-time finalist: 2000, 2005, 2007, 2008 & 2013) (2000-'03, 2005-'08, 2013) * Toured, performed & recorded with new-age pianist/recording artist Matt Bachrach (2004), made guest appearance on his "Along For The Ride" album. * Played backup for Smooth jazz keyboard/vocal duo Wenso Ashby feat. Zsame', made guest appearance on his releases "After Dark", "Moment Of Truth" & "Signature"(2006-2012) * Performed with world-class tap masters Buckets and Tap Shoes. Short stint led to opening for Grammy winner Bruce Hornsby (2008) * Shared the stage with Eritrean music legend Hagos Berhane at Selby Ave. Jazz Festival (2009) * Appeared as featured guest performer on 14 year-old keyboard prodigy Michael Carter Jr's "The Future"album (2013) * Has completed his first independent release entitled, "Journey" (2018)  Personal Achievements * Volunteered & performed for Tor Johnson's "Kaleidoscope Program" of the "Boys and Girls Club" Minneapolis (1997-1999) * In addition to sharing the stage and/or collaborated with Twin Cities luminaries such as: James Grear & Co., J Issac, Ray Covington, Dan Ristrom, Signe Hensel, Jennifer Armour, Erica West, Chantel SingS' and Danny Kusz, Willie has also opened for national artists/acts such as: Jamecia Bennett (Sounds of Blackness), Ann Nesby, Paris Bennett (American Idol fame), Bruce Hornsby, Kenny Lattimore, Ruben Studdard, Jason "Malletman" Taylor and Kim Waters, Kevin Lyttle, Morgan Heritage, Contemporary Christian group Salvador, Lil G of R&B/ Soul group SILK
